We have number of press machines installed in the workshop. We are also willing to invest bigger tonnage press if customer required.
Depend on the quoted volume, we will make analysis to offer suggestion to customer on either making a hard tool or using NCT process to achieve best cost effective purpose.
Hard tool are outsourced. We have qualified supplier making tools with good quality and resonable price. Normal lead time for tools is between 1 to 4 weeks depend on the tool size.
Customer purchased tools will be registered as customer property and a property agreement will be signed between customer and us. We are responsible to maintain the tools always at good status.
