Welding robot workstation is an independent production system for completing specific welding processes, composed of industrial robots, control systems, welding equipment and auxiliary peripheral devices. Its working principle is based on the teach-in or offline programming mode: first input the welding trajectory, posture and process parameters into the robot controller, then the system converts the instructions into drive signals to control the servo motor of the mechanical arm, and cooperates with the welding power source to complete the high-precision welding operation.
